A VERY UNUSUAL EARLY MDINA GLASS VASE WITH HEAVY AQUA COLOURED BASE, BUTTON LIP AND SWIRLING INTERNAL DECORATION.

We believe this was probably a trial or practice piece produced around 1970, most likely a one-off with some similarities to the early tricorn vases, attenuated bottles.

MAKERS MARKS - UNMARKED

SIZE -  18cm (7in) high 

CONDITION - VERY GOOD (a number of small inclusions in glass and texture around top of neck from manufacture, light wear to base)
