Delivery is Mainland England only and excluding Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Delivery is also strictly curbside for heavy goods and arrange in advance using eBay messages.

Factory seconds item.

The summerhouse is a factory seconds item, so has faults and defects. Examples are missing knots, slight splits, discoloration and shakes in the timber. This is all reflected in the sale price. Please look at the images and video then if unsure of anything ask prior to purchase, as returns are at the buyers cost we do class this as a new but defected item. For this reason expect some small repairs and additional work on construction. Most of our past customers have very good positive comments on this item, you have the strength and durability of a fully T&G summer house that just needs a little extra work and time filling and repairing any defects and then when painted or stained you have a lovely summerhouse at a fraction of the expected cost.
