I am a long-term collector of memorabilia from the M*A*S*H television series (autographs, set props, and other -- please see my other M*A*S*H items). Up for sale is a rare find: A Mess Hall Stovetop Pan used as a prop in the M*A*S*H television series.

This Stovetop pan is in overall good condition for its age (please see photos). The outside bottom of the pan is engraved: "Chilton ware - 1-1/2 QT". There are rust spots throughout, however, the structural integrity of this prop is fully intact. The handle of this prop is approximately 6 and 1/2" in length; the bowl is about 6 and 5/8" in diameter, and 3 and 1/2" deep. The pan weighs approximately 8 oz.

This M*A*S*H pan includes an original COA that has been hand-signed by Steve Karnes (Armorer) and Paul Francis (Archivist) of the Ellis Prop House.

Ellis Props closed in 2000, selling off millions of props in June of that year (for more information on the sale, please see the following article):

Following is a type transcript related to Ellis' multi-million dollar prop sale:

Following as well is an article in which Mr. Karnes (whose signature is one of the two included on the COA) was interviewed concerning his tenure as the Motion Picture Armorer with Ellis Props and Graphics:
