Fenugreek 

Latin name: Trigonella foenum-graecum

Fenugreek clover tastes intensely spicey and earthy, like a good broth. It is closely related to blue fenugreek. 
Both fresh and dried leaves are used. 
The ground seeds are part of the curry powder. 
Fenugreek clover is consumed in many cultures, mainly in India, where today also the main cultivation area lies. 
Leaves are shaped like clover, the pods in which the seeds are located are elongated and bent, like a horn.
