The MicroSteamer is very easy to use: fill with water, place food inside, stack and steam – yet it gives extraordinary and gourmet results. You can steam any type of food, such as vegetables, meat or fish – either fresh or frozen – or simply reheat a meal, with no loss of texture, colour or flavour.

• You can make a whole meal in the MicroSteamer by placing e.g. the vegetables in the Steamer Base and the fish or poultry in the Colander Tray
• Using the Colander Tray permits steaming of 2 foods at once, while keeping them completely separate
• Uses the microwave to heat up the water, creating a steamer - not the microwave heating up the food!
• Easy to clean material

Clean the product thoroughly after each use in the dishwasher or with a non-abrasive sponge.

Some staining may appear but this will not affect the performance of the product. It is recommended not to use staining spices, such as curry, to avoid discolouration.

Use only plastic tools to avoid scratching.

To remove the mineral deposit that can be left from water in the Water Tray, boil white vinegar in a pan and pour in the tray, let stand for 30 min, pour out and scrub with a non-abrasive sponge or brush

Do not exceed 800 WATTS.

Do not cook for more than 30 min at a time. Let the product and the microwave oven cool down before re-using.

• If you absolutely need to return your item(s) you purchased, you have 30 days from date of purchase to do so. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING! Shipping is EXPENSIVE! • If you receive an item or package that is damaged it is the buyer’s responsibility to reach out to us ASAP. Items and packages get damaged all the time during shipping. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE US NEGATIVE FEEDBACK if this happens. These are factors out of our control. We will work with you to resolve these kinds of mishaps.
• If you choose to use an EBAY LABEL to return a defective item and you choose NOT to reach out to us or wait for us to email you a return label you will be subject to a deduction from your refund for the difference. We use our own labels as shipping is expensive and our rates are far less than eBay’s labels.
• Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials.
• NEW items that are returned USED will be subject to a refund deduction or no refund at all.
• Items sold to you pre-owned MUST be in the same condition as sold to you.
• If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the item(s) double-boxed.
• When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.
• ALL items are FULLY inspected, and pictures are taken prior to shipping to ensure the contents of the items and packages were intake prior to shipping.
