Some cosmetic issues as pictured. Rips, tears, bends etc. Mainly on the cover. inside has some yellowing around the edges of pages some small nicks around edge on some pages

Has been in a plastic sleeve in a box at a house for most all of its life but did get used as you can see before sleeved
