1x New Generic Dual RCA Cable (Right Channel (Red) and Video (Yellow))

This console was acquired in a non-functioning or otherwise undesirable used state and was thoroughly cleaned and restored back to its original state as much as possible. Each console was completely disassembled, and each component, including the electronics, have been personally hand-cleaned and tested. Damaged or otherwise inoperable parts, if applicable, were either fixed or replaced and will be recorded in the notes later in this description. While care is taken to restore the cosmetics of the system, cracks and broken parts of the plastic shell may continue to be present. Please see the photos for any persisting issues or imperfections. The items that are pictured are exactly the ones you will receive. Unless otherwise noted, no aftermarket parts have been used in the process of restoring these consoles, with the exception of capacitors or resistors.

The controllers were acquired in a used state and were fully disassembled and thoroughly cleaned and tested. Any issues with their connectivity or function were fixed or addressed. Unless otherwise noted, no aftermarket parts were used in the process of restoring these controllers. However, some aspects of these controllers, for example wear marks, cracks, or broken parts of the casing, may persist after the refurbishing. Please note the pictures of the items for more information and any notes regarding these blemishes in the description.

The OEM AC adapter is used and has been used and tested to ensure proper output levels.

When possible, before and after media is provided to show the original condition of the console when we received it and after the cleaning and refurbishing was done. Please review the pictures closely as they are of the actual items you will receive.

We do not bypass or disable the lockout chip or do any modifications as part of our restoration. The goal is to restore the console to a working condition as close to as it was when it was new. A properly functioning, clean console and game do not need this chip to be disabled to run perfectly. (If the board already has the chip disabled, we will note it in the description.) It's highly recommended you thoroughly clean your games before attempting to play them in this system. A dirty, worn out, or damaged game will likely have issues playing, if it plays at all. There are plenty of reliable resources available for proper cleaning procedures of NES games and PCBs. Also, consider taking your games to a local game store for a professional cleaning.

Console Specific Details: 

Serial Number: N24560468 

Original State:  Console had a Red Flashing Light (RFL) and, while it would power on, it was incapable of playing any games. 

Issues Observed: Opening the console up, we saw minor dust and dirt inside the console and that the capacitors in the power supply needed to be replaced. There was no 72 pin connector attached to the main board. 

Remediation Actions Taken: Cleaned the motherboard and console shell, replaced with a refurbished OEM 72 pin connector and cleaned the controller ports. Replaced all faulty or failing capacitors in the power supply. 

Console Notes: There are minor scratches and imperfections in the console’s shell, but it generally is in great shape. RF and RCA connectivity was tested and found to be working appropriately with no audio or video issues.

Controller Notes: Both controllers work well, and have been completely disassembled and all contacts, boards, shells and buttons have been thoroughly cleaned.
