Purchase is for 1 receiver sticker with attached transfer tape to aid application, instructions for application and 3 transmitter stickers in the same design. 

Full pattern shown in images as what will show on each sticker varies due to the pattern repeat and how it is cut.

All stickers are made from high quality adhesive vinyl and I always have one on my own Dexcom receiver, on removal of the sticker any remaining adhesive residue can be removed with an alcohol wipe.  Please see my other items for sale as other designs are available.
