You will receive ONE pair (2 pieces) of temple covers. These are made of high quality medical grade silicone, non allergic to human skin. Very comfortable. 

If your frame temples are of a titanium wire design with thickness of approximately 1.1mm in diameter, this pair of temple covers will fit.
