After receiving the package, it has to be placed in a cool or shady place; do not leave it in a hot mailbox.
Make sure to open the box and take care of the plant immediately.
Plant suffer from a long trip, so you must stabilize its condition by soaking the roots in cool water for a few hours,
then plant in a pot and place in a shade for a few days before transplanting into the ground when temperatures are
not too hot (in the morning or when the sun is going down).
If there is an issue with the plant within 12 hours of delivery, please let me know immediately and provide photos.
If you have an issue with USPS, such as you just moving to a new house or you live in an area
where that mailman does not want to deliver the package to your house, etc.,
please contact me before placing the order.
