All in excellent condition, sticker holding box shut was carefully sliced open to get the Lego out and my son built the models to display on his bookcase. He didn't use the book again so it is 'as new'.

I have carefully dusted it off, taken it apart and checked all the pieces. You can see them in the photographs. all present and correct and repackaged carefully.
