This Mercedes-Benz Key Ignition Immobilizer Module is a great addition to your car's security system. It is compatible with a range of Mercedes models, including the R170 SLK230, SLK320, and SLK32, as well as the Chrysler Crossfire. The module comes with 18 terminals and a male connector type, making for easy installation.
The module is made of sturdy plastic material and is 3 inches long and 5 inches wide, with a height of 5 cm. It requires programming before use and has a screw-in mounting style. Although the maximum amperage is unknown, the module comes with a pin terminal type and features such as an immobilizer and anti-theft protection.

Replacing an ECM in most cases require re-programming by a qualified Technician or high tech automotive locksmith. In most makes and models dealerships tools are locked by the manufacturer to prevent installation of used modules into a vehicle. Please verify installation procedures before purchase. We are not able to answer any questions related to installation. Buyers need to qualify the reprogrammers of the ECM to make sure they have the required tools or knowledge for each vehicle applications. If they are unable to program they will condemn the ECM as defective. Buyer hereby acknowledges that the sellers' liability is limited to the price of the item sold.
