RETURN
The customer has the right to open an eBay return within 30 days of receiving the goods and GrandinGroup will send the Customer the instructions to proceed with the return. The product must be returned in perfect condition, packaged in an additional box to avoid damage during transport as well as in its original Integra packaging, complete with all its accessories. Furthermore, in order to issue the credit note and proceed with the refund, the customer must provide his/her tax code.
