This seat is in stock and was purchased from Corbeau as blemished/returned items. The seat has a small cut on hinge bolt side & some small scratches in the leather near the hinge bolt. The pictures show the best we could show of these issues. Aside from that the seat is in great shape and we could not find any other issues.
We have brackets to fit this seat into nearly any vehicle.

The Sport Seat is a direct bolt-in to most CJ and all YJ Jeeps and will fit in any other vehicle with Corbeau custom brackets. The Sport Seat is available in matching Jeep, black, tan, spice, and charcoal colors. The Sport Seat features a map pocket on the back of the seat and adjustable headrest that will adjust both forward and back and up and down. As a rule of thumb, the Sport Seat will fit up to a 40-42 inch waist. The Sport Seat is available in 100% leather, vinyl, cloth, vinyl/cloth, and neoprene materials.

Infinite recline: The fingertip controlled reclining mechanism allows the seat back to be adjusted to the ultimate driving position. Corbeau reclining technology allows with just the lift of the lever, the seat back to be immediately returned to the full upright position.
Bolster Support: Moderate lateral support with well-defined thigh bolsters will allow both the driver and passenger to remain in a comfortable seating position. The reduction of body shifting will reduce the amount of driver fatigue and enhance the overall driving experience.
Injection Molded Foam: High-density injection molded foam provides ultimate comfort. The heat transfer into the foam causes the seat to form to your body. Foam will maintain its shape for years insuring long lasting comfort.
Fabric: Extra durable automotive grade cloth and vinyl materials. Contains UV inhibitors. This seat has been extensively tested under extreme conditions and found to be colorfast.
Direct Bolt-In: The Sport seat is a direct bolt-in to most Jeep® CJ5s and all CJ7s and YJs. It will bolt in to any other vehicle with Corbeau custom direct bolt-in brackets.
Steel Frame: Extra strong, lightweight, powder coated tubular steel frame.
