Everything we print is laser-aligned and centred perfectly and every effort is made to make sure it is a new favourite of the wearer. If we don't have a design listed to match the subject you would like to see (or you would like any wording changed on an existing design), please send us a quick message! We can customize it for you :)

Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!
We offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class Recorded post within 2 working days of receiving payment (usually 1 working day) and you should expect to receive it 1-3 days after that for deliveries to the UK.
Please note: In the very rare event of a stock shortage, we may dispatch a day late, but always via FIRST CLASS so that it arrives by the expected delivery date shown as promised.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Personalized items CAN be returned!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, as long as only your chosen size, colour and gender are entered in the personalization field.
You can return a product for up to 60 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
As all items are printed to order, please do your very best to select the correct size when ordering, but we DO accept returns :) .
