Great shape, the print is free of any damage, clean.  No holes, no rips, no tears, no creases, no water damage etc.  Paper is near mint.    Quality frame that remains nice with some light signs of age and handling, a few mild scuff and edge wear; solid and square.  Plexi-glass has no chips, no cracks, clear good hanger and ready for the wall.  The matte is rather clean, but did notice a tiny white spot of dust or residue showing in the bottom right corner.  Please review the photos and feel free to send any questions. 

Plate size is about 11.5" x 8", frame is about 22.75" x 19.5".
