This is in excellent condition.  It is orange lined with yellow, it snaps at the shoulders, and has an elastic band to keep it down between the legs.  The hat has an elastic band and has large leaves and stem.  The fabric feels like cotton but it is not listed on the label, it does say hand wash only.  This pumpkin is really stuffed to give at a nice full round shape.  It measures 19” from neck to hem.
