Four Seasons 2024 Photographic Prints by Neville Hiatt

The archival quality wall prints feature an A3 photograph printed on 16"x20" Kodak Endura Metallic paper. The title of the image along with the artist's name and edition number is written underneath each image. The prints are an extremely limited edition of 4.

Every year for the past few years I've shot each season according to the Australian Calendar. At the end of Winter each year I make the difficult short list selections from each season. Then the even harder decisions are made culling the sort list down to the final 13 from each season.

One change in the 2024 calendars from the previous years is some extra photos on the date pages. When you think you have worked out how I selected those photos let me know and find out if you are correct.

Although each season is photographed in Gippsland, Victoria, Australia they each have their own unique feel.
2024 Four Seasons Autumn Front Cover: This is the same boat that has featured in previous years four seasons collections. It's one I try to shoot whenever I see the reflection enticing me to pull my camera out.
2024 Four Seasons Autumn January: An iconic kookaburra on Raymond Island.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn February: An aerial photograph of Stony Creek at Toorloo Arm.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn March: A jellyfish in the waters of Raymond Island near the ferry.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn April: An ariel photograph of Mud Island at Lake Tyers Beach, can you see what's written in the sand. There where other things visible from the air written in the sand but this was the only one suitable for my calendars.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn May: An aerial photograph of Stony Creek at Toorloo Arm.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn June: A noisy miner on Raymond Island.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn July: An aerial photograph of the Lake Tyers Beach coastline.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn August: A koala on Raymond Island.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn September: Rainbow Lorikeets on Raymond Island.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn October: An aerial photograph of where the Tambo River and Lake King become one.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn November: A koala on Raymond Island.

2024 Four Seasons Autumn December: An aerial photograph of the Lakes Entrance coastline.

I'll be honest and say I did consider deleting the line about supporting the causes I like to donate to each year. The Sanghaya Foundation helps rescue adults and children out of human trafficking and give them an education and micro loans so they can provide for themselves and their families. The Hungry Children Foundation helps provide food, self sufficiency and medical assistance to those needing a hand up. With my family losing almost everything in a fire in September many would understand if I used the money to support them instead. If it wasn't for them no longer calling me their family it's possible these photos could have been ashes. I still love and care for them so if you include anything extra with your purchase I'll make sure to pass it on to them.

The past four seasons have been difficult for me to live let alone shoot enough to produce this collection. Breaking my collar bone badly and then getting a severely frozen shoulder has led to a very limited year heavily relying on the assistance of others. I'm grateful to the friends and family that aided in being able to shoot enough to share with you these beautiful photographs. I did wonder along the way if any of the seasons wouldn't happen. Unfortunately the yearly marshmallow farmer collection which I shoot across all seasons didn't get shot. If you want to give me some extra incentive to shoot a 2025 collection pre order now.
