Stand up and place your foot with the heel adherent to the wall and a sheet of paper under the sole.
Whit a pen, follow the shape of your toes trying to be as precise as you can and perpendicular to the paper. Then measure the maximum length between the wall and the finger reported on the paper and that would be the length od your foot. Check the images here below
