Please read all of description before bidding. I am selling several years worth of Halloween/ Cosplay costumes. Some costumes were comprised of preexisting items, such as blazers or shirt. Some are completely handmade. With this in mind, I want to make perfectly clear that these are created with the original intention of one-time wear. They are not perfect, the stitching is sometimes sloppy and the interior seams can be rough. They are meant to act as a wearable movie set, to look good on the outside but be a hot mess behind the scenes. I am enclosing pics of myself or those I have created the item for to illustrate what they look like in real life. I am roughly a size 12/14 (aside from a couple of costumes) 36DDD and 5’3”. Unless otherwise noted, each costume was made with that information in mind. Hopefully you give them a new life instead of letting them sit in storage.

This Vanessa costume was worn once by me to Megacon Orlando 2023. It is a halter top with back zipper and the cape is attached to the dress. There is an octopus tentacle that emerges from skirt IMPORTANT** it is no longer attached properly (see photos) . With this in mind, you have several options should you decide to buy it: you can either wear it without the leg (it’s based is attached to an underskirt, so you can just pull the thread and remove or cut it off), you can safety pin it to the outside of the skirt (which will look good for photos, but will cause skirt to swing with the weight when you walk or (the way I wore it) you can buy clear thread from Joann Fabrics or similar and stitch it to the outer waist of the dress so that it swings freely like an octopus tentacle would and will not affect the skirt. If it helps, should you decide to buy it, I will gladly sew a piece of visible thread where it needs to go so you can see where to sew it when you get it, however the clear thread is extremely sensitive to tangling and I fear if I attach it again it will arrive in an untangling ball. It wore securely, but I kept getting it tangled packing up and cut it before I had to unknot it. The NECKLACE IS INCLUDED although it is only shown in reference photos. I wore it with wadded up glow sticks inside and that gave it an indistinguishable glow at a brightly lit convention but would look cool if trick or treating at night. I can include what I have left, but I’m not sure when they expire. The dollar tree sells them for $1.25. Wig not included. Happy bidding!
