BOXED DOLLS Play line dolls can sometimes come straight from the packaging with imperfections on ACCESSORIES and CLOTHING as listed above, plus any of the following body flaws- pinholes in head from plastic stays; painting or screening errors including paint loss or pixelation; plastic anomalies including molding defects or unmatched seams; skin tone color variations; marks or color bleeding/dye transfer from dark clothing onto plastic or vinyl; flyaway, flattened or mussed hair; pressure marks/indentations in flocking or flocking loss; pressure marks/indentations in plastic or vinyl from packaging/stays/bands used to hold doll in place; body scratches or other factory imperfections. All of our items are priced according to current market value. We sell solely through purchases (Buy It Now) just as brick and mortar retail establishments do. Our prices are firm and we do not accept Best Offers on any of our items at this time.

We enjoy doll photography and try to present to our buyers a series of images that are the best representation of the item(s) for sale.
We often showcase our items in eye-catching displays and use a variety of backgrounds, photography sets, prop items such as doll furniture and a variety of dollhouse scenes in our photos. Like retail stores, our doll clothing is frequently displayed using prop items such as doll bodies, mannequins or doll stands.
Unless expressly stated in the listing, please understand that any and all mannequins or doll bodies used for display, additional clothing or accessories, furniture, props, dollhouses, backgrounds or photography sets are strictly for demonstration and photo enhancement only and will NOT be included with purchase. Messages to ask if prop items are included will not be answered.
PURCHASING
In accordance with eBay rules, your purchase is a legal binding contract with the seller. Please do not enter into a contract with our store unless you intend to honor it.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests on transactions or invoices that have been paid. Once an item is paid for and reaches the order fulfillment stage, cancellation is no longer an option. You will need to wait to receive the item(s) before starting a return.

SHIPPING
Items are packed with the utmost care either carefully cushioned with bubble wrap, air filled packs or a combination thereof. Items will generally be sent in a bubble mailer or with air packs in a sturdy box for the item's protection and for your peace of mind. We recycle and often reuse shipping boxes and/or packing materials when possible.
We offer both free economy shipping and free returns. We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic shipping and eBay Global Shipping services for international shipping, as they are the most convenient to our rural location. We do not work with other shipping services. Our expedited shipping fees are calculated according to daily post office rates and never include any upcharges such as handling fees.
