Base is black plastic and is 2.5" in diameter....marked on the underside...BETTS PLASTICS FLIZ, N.J.Holds 3 flags....flag pole holes will accommodate a diameter of 3/16"The 3 flags included are cloth....stitched all the way around the perimeter and double stitched at the outer right edgeFlag portion measures 4" x 6"...flag pole is 10.5" tall, 3/16" in diameter, with gold flag pole topper on eachFlag is attached to flag pole by 2 small metal staples...one at the top edge, one at the bottom edgeFlags are undamaged and are in what I would consider to be MINT conditionBase is also in what I would consider to be MINT condition
