This figure is from Series 1 of the Insurgents Wilderness Gruppo line of designer vinyl toys. 

These are designed by Patrick Ma and produced by the SF shop Rocket World.  This series features a mystical woodland beast named Ocho with his axe.

Condition: Absolutely fantastic condition here. Box is in great shape with no dents or dings. Very clean.
