ensure that each item is fully functional for purpose, and that we only sell
products of the highest quality.
Payment
1. Payment by PayPal or directly by card through eBay
only. No payments are accepted outside of official selling platforms to protect
both the buyer and the seller.
2. All payments to be completed within 24
hours of purchase, otherwise item will be relisted. An Unpaid item claim will
be made in this event.
Contact/Feedback
1. Any buyers with zero feedback or fresh
profiles, please contact me first before purchasing. There has been a large
rise in scams on eBay, where buyers set up a fresh profile, purchase items and
just file an unreceived item or faulty item claim and either keep the item or
send back a different but damaged product as a replacement. We reserve the
right to cancel any order if the buyer has no feedback score and has not
contacted us first!
2. Please don’t hesitate to get in contact for any
inquiries you may have, responses are usually within 24 hours but usually
sooner. Majority of emails are responded to within normal business hours
(Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm GMT except bank holidays) Urgent enquiries may still
be responded to outside of business hours.
3. Feedback will only be left for buyers once
feedback has been received from the buyer. Please do not leave negative
feedback without first contacting so whatever the issue is can be rectified,
mistakes and delays can and do happen and any unnecessary negative feedback
will be reported to eBay. 100% customer
satisfaction is always the aim.
Postage/Shipping
1. Collections are accepted from Brighton, East
Sussex ONLY by prior arrangement. Contact me and we can discuss this option if
necessary.
2. All items posted will be covered by insurance
to the full value of the item, if a higher value item, then this can increase
postage cost. Under no circumstances will this change, this is to protect both
buyer and seller if anything is to go wrong during shipping so the full amount
can be claimed back for. The product will always be packaged as thoroughly as
possible to make sure damage does not occur during shipping, however accidents
do happen. If the package arrives in a damaged condition, please refuse the
delivery so a claim can be made against the delivery company.
3. Product will be shipped within 1 to 2
business days of payment being completed, orders paid on Friday and over the
weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Bank Holidays are counted as
weekends. The buyer will be updated by tracking number as soon as the item is
shipped. Any delivery times mentioned are estimates, they are not guaranteed.
Please understand that I do not have any control over the reliability of the
delivery services, for urgent orders I can arrange for faster delivery at
additional cost to the buyer. Please message in advance for this service to be arranged.
4. Shipping address - Please make sure that
the address on your PayPal account is up to date as the items will only be
shipped to a verified PayPal address. Any
discrepancies in addresses and the order will not be sent.
5. Discounts can be made on postage of
multiple items (Only items with separate postage charges), please add all items
to basket before purchase to receive discount, if any issues please contact
me BEFORE purchasing, if buy
it now is used or items are purchased individually, discounts on postage are
unable to be applied.
6. International postage can be arranged if
all postage costs are covered by the buyer in advance and any address it is
being sent to is a verified address. Customs fees are NOT included in the final
price, the buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges or any
additional delivery charges that may be incurred due to international shipping
issues.
Returns/Warranty
Policy
1. No returns or warranty offered on
used/second hand parts unless faulty.
ALL ITEMS ARE FULLY
TESTED, PHOTOGRAPHED AND VIDEO RECORDED SHOWING OPERATION BEFORE BEING PACKAGED
AND ARE SECURELY MARKED WITH SMART WATER TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT RETURNS.
ANY DEFECTS FOUND
IN THE ITEMS WILL BE MENTIONED IN THE LISTING, RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED IF
THE LISTING HAS NOT BEEN READ PROPERLY.
2. 30-days return policy on new items only
and only if the item has not been opened. Faulty items are accepted once opened
still. All original packaging must be fully intact including the delivery box,
and the postage label must still clearly be visible and undamaged. Any items
returned in an unsellable condition will NOT receive a refund.
ALL PACKAGING WILL
COME WITH A SECURITY SEAL ON THE OUTSIDE, PLEASE DON'T REMOVE IT UNLESS YOU ARE
HAPPY WITH HOW THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED AS RETURNS WONT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS
STICKER UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY
3. Laptop batteries/batteries are not covered
under any warranty unless specifically mentioned that it has been replaced for
a brand new one, then it will be covered under any warranty provided by the
supplier. Amount of time batteries hold charge is not guaranteed.
4. Refunds will only be issued once the item
has been inspected and tested and the fault replicated (In the case of faulty
goods) or upon return of item and intact seal (In the case of straight return
of new goods only). Wrong orders or non-defective parts returned will incur a
restocking fee of 25%. Returns should be completed within 24 hours of receipt
of product; however, it might take up to 5-7 working days depending on the
issue. Please contact BEFORE returning any products for an RMA code (Return
Merchandise Authorisation), any items returned without an RMA code will be
refused.
5. Please contact me regarding compatibility
of any items before purchase, there are many options available usually so
compatibility issues can and do arise, please be aware that the buyer will be
unable to return any items purchased due to compatibility issues if they did
not contact first.
6. The customer is responsible for return
postage cost unless the item was sent out wrong, or a faulty item was supplied.
