Michoacan is famous for its' Glazed pottery, and especially it's Pineapple shaped pottery.  This Large size Blue & Black Spiral Glaze Pineapple pot was all handmade in San Jose de Gracia by Rafael Madrigal Reyes and his wife Esperanza (see photo #5).   Pineapples are the traditional symbol of Hospitality.   Wouldn't it make a great gift for the Hostess in your life or a charming addition to your own collection of Mexican Folk Art.  I received  large shipment from Michoacan and will be listing more Pineapple pots in the coming days...  See photo #6 for some of the other Size and Styles of these pieces, or go to my Ebay Store for a larger selection.   The size of this pot in reference to the others has red arrows pointing to it....
