Mp-Dx is a core digital broadcast board based on Raspberry Pi 4B, providing a free and open lossless music playback experience.It has unlimited free software upgrades and supports local USB hard drives and NAS file playback.

 

Supports ROON, APPLE MUSIC AIRPLAY, DLNA, Logitech Squeezelite and other network audio push protocols, and can use open source players such as VOLUM1O, ROpieee, Moode, etc.

 

Built-in professional design mains filter board, filters mains noise interference, and the background is more quiet and clean.

 

Using a customized dual-ring high-power transformer, analog and digital circuits are independently powered, greatly reducing interference.

 

The transformers all use imported high-quality Grade A non-fracture gray sheet iron cores, made of real materials!

Each channel is equipped with an ES9068DAC module, providing up to -120db total harmonic distortion, 126db dynamic range, and 130db signal-to-noise ratio.

 

The optional ES9O39MSPRO DAC module provides a total harmonic distortion of -122db and a dynamic range of 140db.

 

The coaxial fiber input uses a Texas Instruments receiving chip, providing a very low timing error performance of 50ps, fully demonstrating the best level of front-end CD turntable and independent digital broadcast.

 

The USB input uses the Italian amanero ARM+CPLD solution, which is generally considered to have a more musical feel than XMOS.

 

Using a grouped and hierarchical linear regulated power supply architecture, it adopts the ultra-low ripple LD port of ADI and ST, providing ultra-pure logistics power supply for digital circuit chips and decoding chips.

The output coupling capacitor is the last hurdle for audio signals to pass through, and its status is no less important than that of an electronic tube. Replacing different output coupling capacitors can obtain different resolution and timbre performance.

 

MP-DX provides fast disassembly terminals, allowing users to easily replace different output capacitors without welding skills.The standard configuration is OHVL silver-foot polypropylene non-inductive heating capacitors.

 

The digital board, MCU board, and decoding mainboard use a fully digital isolation architecture to completely isolate front-end digital noise, avoiding interference with pure DAC and analog circuits, resulting in a cleaner music background.

 

MP-DX uses a replaceable clock module design, with a standard configuration of ACCUSILICON AS318 high-precision dual-frequency clock.

 

An optional Crystek femtosecond clock is available.An external clock input SMA interface is also provided, which can be connected to a thermostatic clock and a rubidium atomic clock with suitable frequencies.
