These are two very nice Kilgore cast iron toys in original red paint.  One is a wheelbarrow measuring 3 3/4" in total length and stamped "Kilgore 13" on the bottom.  The other toy is a scooter measuring 3 1/4" in length by 2" in height and stamped "3' on the bottom.  Condition of the cast iron is excellent with the paint showing some wear in spots.  A great pair of Kilgore Toys from Westerville, Ohio.  Buyer to pay US Priority Mail shipping.  International to pay Priority cost.
