Returns and Fees:

* No return can be made without a RMA number. If the package is refused delivery/returned to sender without being given an RMA number, the return will be considered invalid and no refund shall be completed.

* Any new items that are new must be returned sealed and unopened. All returns will be inspected upon redelivery. Items returned new and sealed will be charged a 30% restocking fee from the total invoice value. If the items are opened and/or used, there will be a 50% restocking fee from the total invoice value.

* Shipping costs paid by the buyer during the original transaction are non-refundable.

* Buyers are responsible for all costs for returns. They are also responsible if the item is lost in transit back to the seller. It is highly recommended that the item is returned through a trackable courier.
