Fender Deluxe Series S/S/H Telecaster Alder Body (Black)
This official Fender Deluxe Series Telecaster Alder Body has S/S/H pickup routes and is pre-drilled for a string through Telecaster bridge. The body features a contoured heel for easier access to the high frets.
Making your own partscaster guitar couldn't be simpler with this tele body from Fender, all the routing and shaping is done and it is topped with a durable gloss polyester finish. It comes with a jack retainer clip installed (for tele style cup jack plate) and the string through holes and strap button, neck mounting and bridge screw holes have been drilled but all other screw holes will need to be drilled (scratchplate, control plate etc.) allowing you fit ensure the fit of your own hardware. The singlecoil/singlecoil/humbucker (S/S/H) pickup routes give you great flexibility over choosing which pickups to install (e.g. install a S/S pickguard to pair with the bridge singlecoil for Nashville wiring or even just classic bridge/neck singlecoils). Some minor woodwork to fit the neck to the body may be required, the body pairs with standard Fender or Squier flat/square heel end tele necks but please note the offset neck screw spacing for the contoured heel (if your Fender neck is pre drilled for their standard rectangle neck screw spacing you will need to drill a new hole in the neck for the offset screw).
