The highly gilt decorated and hand painted green cloth bindings are all in very good condition. All edges are gilt with light foxing. Frontispiece in V5 is detached but present. Front board of V1 is becoming loose. Bindings of V2 & V4 are ever so slightly bowed. Very light sporadic foxing throughout, mainly to page edges. Most tissue guards browning.

Lovely clean and bright set in good+ to very good condition.
