In the case of my military surplus items I would like to stress that you are purchasing military surplus from around the world. Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell.

These are genuine Swiss Military Snow Crampons as issued to the Swiss Mountain troops for maneuvers in icy conditions and in treacherous terrain. I believe that these are non-issued but I will just call them excellent used Swiss military surplus condition. They do not come with the rubber spike protectors seen in the first stock photo.

These Military Surplus Swiss Mountain Ice Shoes are tough, adjustable, metal footwear attachment that allows for movement through the worst of snowy and icy weather. Built for the traversing the icy alps the attachments have 1.5" ice-piercing teeth. The included cinch ties are adjustable to fit a wide range of boots and boot sizes. The total length of the cleats from heel to toe is 13 inches and 3 3/4 inches wide.  The maximum height of the front leather strap is 3.25 inches above the cleat and the back strap is 55.5 inches long.
