Parcel, and small package: These will generally ship UPS/FedEx/USPS. Please contact us, and provide us with description, and images of the damages for replacement/refund.

Freight Large package: Notate damages on the delivery receipt, and notify us immediately (within 24hrs). Failure to notate damages on the delivery receipt will incur the denial of your refund/replacement.
