CONDITION:

- Photos: Mint (in original sleeve)

- Poster: Near Mint (original crease lines / folded, pristine white, little to no blemishes anywhere, first time ever opened was by myself)

- Folder: Crimp top right, slight foxing on front, cover wear top left in another crease, cover wear reverse side in discoloration, etc.

- Letters/Comments/Critiques: Near Mint, just the slightest bit of rust forming on the staples.

- Ad Fliers: Near mint, very minor edge wear.
