A lovely tunic with all buttons, ranks stripes etc. Double breasted with Medical Corps buttons. The dress shoulder slides and sleeve rank stripes have the correct burgundy colour velvet backing to them as used by medical officers. 

Tunic measures 16.5 inches across the shoulders, 18 inches across the chest (so about a 36 inch chest), sleeves are 23 inches in length, and the tunic is 30 inches long when measured down the back seam. In superb condition overall. The ribbon is for the Voluntary Service Cross which suggests the wearer served in the reserves. Most likely a civilian doctor who served as a medical officer in a reservist capacity.
