If parts are returned because the buyer has purchased the wrong part, or no longer needs the item etc, refund will be subject to delivery costs and in some cases handling fees (up to 20%). The buyer is responsible for all delivery costs.
As is the unpredictable nature of used car parts, sometimes they may become faulty, even after testing. This is why we offer a 3 months guarantee with all our items. If an item becomes faulty within that 3 month period, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will look to replace the item, where possible, or offer a full refund.
