It's a spool of ribbon, 1 1/2" tall, 5 yards long, "Fiber Identification of Undetermined Content RN 17991" that's red and marked "Godiva Chocolatier". I've seen this on the Teddy Bears they sell, as well as candy boxes. RARE FIND! Probably a vintage spool, since I *think* the marked out price tag says 2001.
