I believe this to be a vintage item and rare.

It is a heavy and solid piece. This is not a flimsy wire item. It has weight and it is strong

The bulb holder I believe to be Bakelite but it says Rui Cheng on it

This item was previously PAT tested, however, it will beed to be rewired. The switch that was on the wire has broken. Please see photos. Therefore a new rewire is required

A very unusual and unique piece

There is one piece of wire to the bottom which is loose to the base, this does not affect use at all or stability
