For sale is a genuine vintage WW2 P-41 USMC jacket.
I do not the date on which the jacket was manufactured or the name of the soldier who wore it during WW2, but I do know that it is an original piece of history. I have had this is my collection for a while now. The size of the jacket is about a size 38R. There is no size tag in the jacket. I wear a size 40 and it seems to be tight of my chest. Each sleeve is missing one (1) button (see photos). Each sleeve originally had two (2) buttons sewn. If you intend on wearing this jacket, I also included a tape measure picture to give you a better idea of the chest size, sleeve length and overall jacket length.
As you can see from the various photos, there are multiple stains on the front of the jacket, as well as, on the sleeves. The stains were there when I purchased this jacket about a year ago. The jacket fit me about a year ago, but I have grown and little bigger and need a bigger jacket. This authentic jacket was purchased at Constable Antiques in Mooresville, IN. For being over 75 years old, this is an awesome, genuine vintage WW2 jacket for re-enactments or for a military display/museum. There are no rips and no tears into the HBT jacket. All three pockets have no tears or are ripping from the jacket itself. No website, internet or stock photos of the jacket have been used.
