This lightweight HF and CB (27 MHz) common mode choke (1:1 balun / 1:1 unun) prevents common mode noise and RFI in your shack and your neighbor's electronic devices. It also let's you connect your symmetric (e.g. dipole) and asymmetric antenna (e.g. vertical and EndFed) to an asymmetric feed line. Thus improving radiation efficiency.

Recommended for use with antenna types like vertical, dipole, Yagi, EndFed, G5RV, ZS6BKW, inverted V, Cobweb, Hexbeam, Windom (OCF) and Doublet. And typical CB antennas like 1/2 GP,  Antron 99 and iMax 2000.

The suppression of common mode currents (that travel on the coax' outer shield) is approx. 25 to 35 dB from 3.5 to 30 MHz with SWR below 1.1:1.

Genuine Fair-Rite toroid. Coax is PTFE RG-316.
In weatherproof UV stable plastic rainproof IP65 housing of approx. 12 x 8 x 5.5 cm  .
SO-239 UHF female socket on both sides.

Maximum power, approx.:
200 W SSB | 100 W CW

Tips for instrallion and use are included and you get my full personal and lifetime support.
