Two Antique Vanity Fair Lithographs LIB & GAF Polo Theme 1891 & 1898.
These are vintage original lithographs, not re-prints.
The two lithographs consist of the following:
  1. "Yeoman-Like Polo" (The Earl of Harrington, aka Charles Augustus Stanhope) No. 583 from "The Statesmen" series published by Vanity Fair in London, England dated September 19, 1891. Artist is Libero Prosperi (LIB).
  2.  "I Say" (Neil Haig) No. 720 from the "Men of The Day" series published by Vanity Fair in London, Eland dated July 28, 1898. Artist is George A. Fothergill (GAF).
Both lithographs are polo themed. Both of the lithographs measure 15" by 10" (without the frame).
The frames measure 21.25" by 15.5". There are 2" wide off-white mats. Framed under glass.
Both are framed in wood frames under glass. The wood on both is rubbed slightly (can be repaired with stain and polish). They are also suitable to be reframed.
They are in very good condition. The Yeoman-Like Polo lithograph from 1891 shows some yellowing at edges and a small amount of foxing, also around the edges. The colors on both are bright.

Note, these will be packaged carefully to avoid damage, but I cannot guarantee that the glass will not break during shipping. If desired by the purchaser, I will remove the lithographs from the frames and ship them without the frames (all paperwork on the back will be saved and shipped). Please indicate your preference upon purchase.
