Welcome to The New Model Workshop.
This system is designed for Model Makers and Crafters by Model Makers and Crafters. All modules in the system are arranged on a grid base system that keeps all of your items neatly together in your work area. The grid prevents side to side movement, but allows you to easily pick up any item from the stack to reposition or use as a portable organiser.
About The Multiversity Grid System:
The New Model Workshop has designed a flexible interconnecting grid system that allows you to stack and organise your modules to fit your workspace, ensuring they do not move around one placed. Our 'Multiversity' system is compatible with the popular 'Gridfinity' system, but features a cleaner fit without binding and allows units to be placed at 21mm increments. Stacking units with an offset between rows locks the stacks together providing more stability.Gridfinity organisers and bins will fit into our grid as long as they meet the specification of the original Gridfinity base footprint.

NOTE: When stacked, for each item in the stack, the combined height is approximately 5mm less than that of the combined individual modules due to the grid nesting.
COLOURS:
Tool chests are available to order in all plain colours shown in our swatchs. Any colour not listed is available to order. Pricing for 'to order' items may vary between £36.99 and £39.99 dependent upon current restock availability of the chosen filament. Please reach out via contact seller to enquire on availability of other colours. Once price and quantity are agreed, the required quantity and colour will be added to the ebay listing for you to check-out with. Lead time may vary if we need to order in additional materials.
MADE FROM RENEWABLE MATERIALS
All modules in the system are 3D printed in environmentally friendly PLA Plastic, which is made from corn starch rather than oil. PLA breaks down in landfill in about 80 years to Water and Carbon Dioxide and does not leach harmful chemicals into the environment. PLA Plastic is not suitable for use outdoors, in direct sunlight, next to heating sources or in any environment exceeding 45ºC. Returns will not be accepted for melted items.
LEAD TIMES
All items are manufactured to order. Despatch lead time may be up to 5 working days, dependent upon current order volume and material delivery. We maintain our 'stock' availability to match our current order queue and confirmed material availability. If the item variant you want is showing out of stock, check back every few days as we only list items that we have the material either in-stock or confirmed delivery tracking for.
3D PRINT COSMETICS
3D printing does not produce smooth shiny plastic surfaces, While we maintain high standards of quality control and use only materials that we have extensively tested for quality and durability, items may contain purely cosmetic flaws, blemishes or minor colour variance between parts or items of the same stated colour.
SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally.
UK Shipping will be via either EVRI or Royal Mail Tracked services depending which is most appropriate for your order.
We combine shipping, This is a free shipping item and counts as the first item for any other New Model Workshop purchases in the same cart. We will refund any other shipping charges ebay may add for New Model Workshop items in the same order, regardless of quantity
If you wish to add to an order previously submitted, but not yet despatched, please contact us via eBay messaging. If your order has not yet been packed, and we are able to reach an agreement on a new despatch lead time, we will honour the free combined shipping to include the additional items.
Highlands & Islands: We do not list shipping to UK locations outside the standard rates, however, we are happy to provide a shipping cost estimate if you contact us via eBay message and we can set up an offer listing for your order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted for items damaged in transit.
Where an item fails in normal use, replacement parts will be provided on receipt of photographic evidence.
Replacements will not be provided free of charge where a part shows evidence of heat or UV exposure damage, stripped screw threads or damage due to overtightening.
PLA is resistant to Polystyrene cement, but is dissolved by Acetone and Limonene and some other solvents.
Replacement parts can be purchased on request.
