My grading is visual and audio:

N (new) / M (mint, like new) / NM (almost like new) / EX+ / EX / VG+ / VG / G

Shipping is from Poland (not UK!) with tracking number to all destinations.

All records are professionally cleaned and given new inner sleeve if needed then samples are tested for play grade.

Most of 78 rpm (shellac) counts as 2 vinyl records each for postage.

My grading system below:

 

VISUAL:

N (New, sealed, unopened)

M (Mint, opened however no signs of use, no spindle line)

NM (Near Mint, almost new with 2-3 hair-lines possible)

EX+ (Excellent plus, very clean & shiny with little evidence of play or sleeve removal)

EX (Excellent, some light scuffs or hair lines, marks of sleeve removal, no scratches)

EX- (Excellent minus, lot of hair-lines, hair-lines are not scratches, no scratches)

VG+ (Very Good Plus, few superficial scratches

& scuffs, general light wear to shellac records)

VG (Very Good, pronounced wear, lack of gloss, several scratches & scuffs)

G (Good, pronounced wear, lack of gloss, numerous scratches, but still playable (this grade refers to shellac records only)

 

AUDIO:

M (like new, perfect sound)

NM (almost perfect sound with a few light pops possible)

EX+ (occasional slight crackles)

EX (slight crackles through)

VG (medium crackles but not overpowered music, no skips, no jumps if not mentioned)

G (high crackles but no skips or jumps if not mentioned)
