At time of writing, only place I can find mention of this is-wait for it-a picture on the UK Centre For Computing History. A picture with a description paragraph, none for sale, no mention of this particular set anywhere else, don't know if you can source components separately?

Also have listed as "used condition", but appears to be be new/unused (box bit aged) but the 3 components still in cellophane bags inside. So new old stock or at worst excellent used condition. So: I am advertising as "used"+pricing accordingly, if could guarantee"new", I'd price higher. Item from 2004 and compatible with PlayStation 2. It contains 3 components (controller with flex, dvd remote and adapter-looking item. Cellophane bags unsealed and we're never designed to be sealed. I take it sufficient info on box as no documentation and I have no reason to believe item comes with documentation (but if it did, paperwork gone west).
