This fisherman's bag, was once good for carrying some pieces of kit and a sandwich.

I don't have a date for it, but it looks very vintage.

Now it is worn and less fit for active service.  It has been washed and is clean.   I have put some leather cream on the leather straps.

Of two leather buckles, one is missing.  The other fixing has breaks in the leather.

Of the outer surface, there are breaks due to wear.   A coating may have broken down, as there are dots on an inside lining.

The inner, darker fabric, which creates a division, has small holes due to usage.

There are signs of use inside, creating stains.

The cotton twill strap has some rust marks.  The metal strap fixtures work well.

It has been neatly named 'Macdonald'.
