VINTAGE CODEG BATTERY OPERATED MONORAIL TOY SET - RARE 

In 100% original condition from the 1960's, this is a rare toy, made in Hong Kong, set number 9999.

Complete and comes in its original box, but please note, the monorail motor is working when tested, but if you see our final photo, the right wheel pushes up against the light grey plastic by its side, which prevents it from running as it should.  I think this could be fixed somehow but I am not 100%.

In excellent condition for its age.  Requires 2 size C batteries (not included) to operate the monorail motor.  The track is excellent.  1 of the grey stands has been glue repaired, and one is missing its a small knob where you fit the track, but you actually don't really need to use all of the grey stands to put it together.  The monorail vehicle itself is very good with just minor wear, but battery cover is missing and it sounds like there are loose parts inside.  The box has wear throughout, including some tears and puncture holes to the lid, but it is still good for its age.  There also some internal tape repairs to the tears. This is a large toy set that, and to give an idea of size, the monorail vehicle measures 21cm from back to front.
