They have worked tirelessly to digitize, compile and create truly rare and unique DVD's to share with the world. The son went to film school and father is a veteran with the historical passion, so together they assembled the content of Campbell Films. What's on this DVD;  "The Buff, Boeing B-52 Stratofortress

This DVD is a collection of old vintage films on the amazing B-52 Stratofortress. AKA, "The Buff", which stands for "Big-Ugly-Fat-_ucker". Also know as the USAF's "Long Rifle".  When first proposed, the USAF thought it was just too big, to slow, and to heavy to be a reality. Almost 70 years latter, the design was so good it is still flying today.  We hope you'll enjoy!

1st Film; "The Early YB-52".  The YB-52 was in question because of it's incredible size, plus, there weren't engines powerful enough to meet the airspeed needed.  General Curtis LaMay insisted the project continued as the new jet engines improved. This film has a lot of footage of the RARE early YB-52 models. Runtime 12:40 Min's

2nd Film; "USAF B-52 Story". A short film explaining the need for B-52 and other SAC bombers.  The B-52 was designed from the successful B-47 Stratojet. Runtime 12:21 Min's

3rd Film; "SAC Command Post".  As the cold war heated up, SAC had at least 3 B-52's in flight at all times in case of an attack by Russia. The B-52 was to be used as a retaliatory attack system if the Russians attack us first. Runtime 20:04 Min's

4th Film; "Nuclear B-52".  The B-52 was designed to carry Nuclear warheads.  In this film, it shows the need for the B-52 to carry nuclear warheads and the safety system to protect an nuclear accident.  "Here are the facts"! Also shows the B-52 in flight and practice bombing.  Runtime 12:56 Min's

5th Film; "B-52 and X-planes".  The B-52 became the "go to" aircraft to carry X-planes into high altitude release after the B-29 and B-50 were retired. 1st, the B-29 X-1 flight with Chuck Yeager, 2nd, the B-52 launching the X-15 and misc test flights, 3rd, testing the Snark cruise missile, 4th, the B-52 testing the HL-10 "Lifting Body", and finally the X-51 scramjet tested. Runtime 20:47 Min's
