This is a really nice vinyl miniature figure, part of the Nightriders series from Kidrobot. The line is based on designs from Nathan Jurevicius. Each figure is roughly 3 inches tall.

This particular figure is Benji. The head can turn from side to side.

The figure appears to be in good shape. 

This one comes with a little owl head accessory, and a card with the name and backstory. Note that the card is lightly curled on the corners from its time in the bag with the miniature (picture #7).

The box and bag had to be opened to identify and examine the mini figure. I did what I could to open it cleanly. You can see the wear to the open flap in picture #8.
