other photos of this exact shoe model show a strap. I’m not sure if this one ever had a strap, but it most certainly doesn’t come with one. The laces are in okay condition as pictured. They will tie but aren’t perfect as you can see. There is another defect on the area surrounding the lace holes as pictured. Message me with questions. Thanks.
