Return/Refund Policy

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

         Contact us of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

         Point out detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photos or evidence.

         Once your return request is approved, the process for return for full/partial refund would be initiated and processed.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed as follows:

         For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products: We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

         For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons: We will issue a refund for the cost of the product (excluding shipping).

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Ordered item are dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Saturday. 24 hours ordered item before 11:30am Monday to Friday, is for next day delivery.
