COUNTER ROTATING O.E.M. Lower unit is in good working condition, was removed from a 5.0 V8 with a gen 2 upper and a 1.62 ratio. Will work with 3.0, 4.3, 5.0, 5.7. Shifts over good and smooth, and had clean gear lube when drained.  Skeg guard was install as preventative measure, skeg is still intact.  Water pump has not been changed.
